Controversies and Solutions in Neurosurgery

Venice October 1 – 5, 2017

Welcome

It is our great pleasure to announce EANS2017, the 17th European Congress of Neurosurgery, which will take place in Venice, Italy, in October 2017. The theme we have selected for the Congress is “Controversies and Solutions in Neurosurgery”.

Our aim is to create a truly interactive meeting, focused on real-world situations where multiple treatment options are considered. To this end we are planning a selection of innovative session formats. An international “wonder team” of experts will serve in the Organising and Scientific Committees to design the best framework for this Congress.

We are proud and delighted to host EANS2017 in the city of Venice, with its centuries-old tradition of bridging western and eastern Europe, and to offer participants at the pre-congress courses the opportunity to experience the extraordinary historical environment of the University of Padua, site of the world’s first anatomical theatre.

We look forward to seeing you in Venice.
